Mayor Mitch Roth will a town hall meeting from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. tonight at the Waikoloa Elementary School Cafeteria.
Roth has held two previous town halls, which are “aimed at providing updates and fostering engagement with communities across Hawaii Island,” according to a press release from Roth’s office.
“Our administration is committed to listening to the community and incorporating their valuable insights into our actions,” Roth said in the press release.
“These town halls serve as a platform for meaningful dialogue, where residents can voice their concerns and provide suggestions for improvement.”
Roth encouraged residents in and around the Waikoloa the area to attend.
The event will begin with Roth and cabinet members providing updates about the county’s progress and direction during the first half-hour. These updates will be tailored to provide site-specific information relevant to the Waikoloa community.
The remaining hour and a half will be dedicated to a Q&A session, enabling attendees to directly pose questions to department representatives and receive responses from them.
For those unable to attend the in-person event, the town hall will be live-streamed on Roth’s Facebook page (facebook.com/himayormitch) and Na Leo TV, Channel 55.
